Upnaro

This mead embodies the strength of honey, the energy of the earth, and the breath of wood.

Fermented in amphora and matured in barrique, Upnaro is our untamed beast, perfect with long-aged cheeses and blue cheeses, speck, salted anchovies, bruschetta with ‘nduja, cocoa desserts, pantorrone, and dark chocolate.

Or simply on its own, in solitary meditations.

An unusual pairing suggested with Creole shrimp.
